- 1 medium beets, rinsed and spread to squares
- 5 large carrots, washed and peeled
- 1 medium sweet potato, rinsed, peeled and sliced into squares
Put the beets in a blender or an electric appliance, and gradually add the rest of the components. Mix until thicker.

- 4 cups spinach leaves
- Head of Cabbage / Kale
- 2 Oranges
- 1 cucumber
Wash all the vegetables. Place all the ingredients in a blender and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix until thicker. Pour it into a glass through a sieve.

Health shake
This healthy smoothie recipe is a healthy smoothie with a refreshing dose of pear, spinach, ginger and chia seeds.
- 2 Cabbage leaves / Kale
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 carrots
- 1 ginger finger
- 1 pear, sliced
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 6-8 ice cubes
Put in the blender or the electric appliance: spinach, pear, chia seeds and ice. They were of low intensity. Add gradually: celery, carrots and ginger and increase the volume. Mix for 30 seconds or until smooth and smooth.

- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Put all the ingredients in the blender or the electric teapot. Add the lemon juice and pour it towards the end.

- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cabbage head
- 1 stalk of celery (about 10 sticks)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Place the soft vegetables: spinach, cabbage and cucumber into a blender. Increase the intensity of the mixture and add pear, apple and celery.

- 2 apples, squeezed into the juice (2/3 cup)
