Recipe ingredients
- 3 – 5x ripe bananas
- 1/3 – 1/2x cup fresh mint leaves (depends on your taste)
- 4x chard leaves, green (don’t forget to remove the stems)
- 1x shot of freshly frozen spirulina (20g)
- 2x cups coconut water (for creamier smoothie use almond milk)
Note that the coconut water can be replaced with regular tap water
Preparation
Place all ingredients together in a blender mix until you have uniform smooth texture
