Recipe ingredients
- 1 lemon (peeled or squeezed – do you like the pulp? )
- 1 orange (peeled – same as above – do you like the pulp?)
- 1/2 banana (peeled – it’s just a good idea)
- 1 shot of freshly frozen spirulina
- 1 Tbsp. chlorella (use it if you got it)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 to 2 cups filtered water
Preparation
Place in a blender till you get the desired uniform and consistency.
